Account Deletion Instructions
Please read carefully before proceeding. This action cannot be undone.
Follow these steps to delete your account:
- Open the CharacterGPT app on your device
- Navigate to your profile screen
- Tap the menu button in the top-left corner to open the drawer
- Select "Delete My Account"
- Follow the confirmation steps to complete the deletion
What will be deleted:
- All your chat history and messages
- Your profile information and settings
- All tokens and purchased content
- Saved preferences and favorites
Important Notes:
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
- Tokens and purchases cannot be refunded
- Deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete
- Some data may be retained for legal purposes
